Hina Gul has done M.Sc (Statistics) from Karachi University and joined Prontolinks as Regional Manager in 2013, with more than 7-years experience in Analysis, Marketing and Marketing Research. Hina is also a member of some social sciences groups.

Hina started her marketing research career in 2006 from SMAR International Pakistan, as a statistician. She has worked with different national and multinational clients in research side. She has started and run mystery shopping program continuously 6-years with Mobilink and 2-years with Wi-tribe other than mystery shopping she has experienced of Customer Satisfaction Survey, pre and post launched researched, field monitoring and campaign evaluation studies, etc. Hina has also done Brand Health Analysis, Brand Price Trade Off, Conjoint Analysis, Segmentation Analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index, Perceptual Mapping, Net Promoter Scores (NPS), Significant Testing, Key Driver Analysis. She also launched Excel based dashboard for field work monitoring and trend analysis.

He spent 8 years in PTCL as a Senior Manager Commercial. Sarfraz Soofi started his professional career from Maitre D Hotel (Marriot Islamabad) as a manager operations and event management.
